Pia Jala Vice President, Chicago Branch, Elk Grove Village, IL Pia Jala is the Vice President of Labelmaster Packing Services - DGM Inc. She interacts regularly with executives and governmental authorities from a variety of countries to help create synergistic solutions to dangerous goods transportation worldwide. Prior to her current position, she was the Global Manager of Dangerous Goods for Atlas Air and Polar Air Cargo. In this capacity, she implemented a worldwide ground operations and dangerous goods training program; received IATA-accredited dangerous goods school certification; dealt with international DG permits, domestic and international violations; managed the military dangerous goods shipments worldwide, managed the company's Dangerous Goods and Audit Program including, Emergency DG Hotline for 40 countries; and interacted with the governmental authorities worldwide. She is well versed and certificated in the shipping of all classes of dangerous goods. Raised in Helsinki, Finland, Ms. Jala started her career with Finnair in 1976 and worked in the capacity of as a flight operations officer, flight dispatcher and station manager in the United States and abroad until 1996. She joined Atlas Air in 1996 and worked there until 2007, when she joined Labelmaster. She has participated in the following associations and arenas: IATA DG workgroups in changing the air regulations for carriage of CAO materials for the ICAO TI; past chairperson COSTHA's Air Group; past member of ATA (Air Transport Association); member of COSTHA regulatory and reverse logistics panel; DGAC (Dangerous Goods Advisory Council); and TIACA (The International Air Cargo Association). She now lives in Chicago.
	Dionne Leggin DG Specialist, Chicago Branch, Elk Grove Village, IL Dionne joined Labelmaster in 1988 as the customer service manager. She was responsible for the department's professional development and implementing company policies to ensure customers received quality service. From 1991-1995, she served as the product and marketing manager for Labelmaster's Hazardous Material Packaging and Health & Safety product lines. These product lines prospered under her direction as she mastered the nuances of maintaining UN certifications and testing of new products in conjunction with the Research & Development team. During the next 12 years, Dionne shifted gears again as the purchasing supervisor, where she implemented policies and procedures, and analyzed inventory levels that balances our inventory turns and values. Most recently, she has expanded with Labelmaster in their new division as dangerous goods specialist at Labelmaster Packing Services/DGM.
	Sam Krouse Account Executive, Chicago Branch, Elk Grove Village, IL Sam joined Labelmaster® in May of 2003 in the sales department. He has 8 years experience in sales, 5 of which are in our industry. He has also worked as the Distribution Sales Manager for Labelmaster. Sam works intimately with the LMPS-DGM team to be sure his clients receive the best service and attention to detail. This is merely one important characteristic that allows Sam to stand apart as a Sales Professional. Sam attended Miami University where he majored in Marketing and minored in Management Information Systems.
	Vyto Krusnis Crating Specialist, Chicago Branch, Elk Grove Village, IL Vyto came to Labelmaster Packing Services/DGM with loads of experience in both the DG and Carpentry industries. He spent 19 years with Emery in the customs and importing arena and 7 years with forwarders and airlines specializing as a DG Checking Agent. During these tenures, he handled special projects and accounts for many very large companies. For 8 years after, Vyto was an integral part of a restoration company and worked in both residential and commercial applications. He is well versed in rough and finish carpentry as he spent much time remodeling kitchens, baths and trim in addition to his work on new construction. Vyto's combination of skill sets and in-depth industry knowledge was a perfect fit to compliment Labelmaster Packing Services/DGM as the premier Dangerous Goods service provider in Chicagoland.
